Our day started at coco’s restaurant in Anaheim, CA.
Universal Studios it´s a really fun place to visit.
This is so much fun. What a great experience, especially if you are into TV shows and movies. loved seeing how they make it.
Universal Studios Hollywood is not all about entertaining kids and babies, it has lots of attractions, for all ages. Just outside of Despicable Me, you can meet the minions. I love these guys. We were amazed at how the park is. The Krustyland ride and food court( with Lard Lad donuts, Krusty Burger, etc), a must for any simpson fan. Most of the new rides are simulator and use 3D screens to create really fun immersive experiences. We loved too the transformers ride, Fast and Furious tram ride and Jurassic Park ride -the best!-
I recommend the front line pass ticket, it’s worth it. If you only have one day, it’s hot and crowded. For every line that was a 45 minute wait (or more), we´re escorted directly in. It saved the day!
Santa Mónica Pier
Great place for family and friends.
I visited the pier on my recent trip to Los Angeles. All can I say is that this place is absolutely beautiful. This is a place you must visit if you’re in Santa Monica. I have to say that if there’s one place to make you feel like you visited a beach in southern California, this is the place.
The 100-year old Santa Monica Pier is the official end of Route 66 – and also where Forrest Gump ran to, before turning around to run back to the east coast.
The pier has a roller coaster, ferries wheel and some carnival games. if you’re fan of de video game Grand Theft Auto V, you’ll recognize a lot of this area. (Ok, I’m a fan)
The perfect way to end the day? a delicious seafood dinner close to the beach. Ivy at the shore is my favorite restaurant. we had a great dinner there, food was fabulous, the service was good and the atmosphere was divine. Definitely worth a visit!
